After seeing Mr. Bobby Ferguson at the Novi mall this weekend (teather pulled to upper calf in an attempt to hide under shorts) my wife and I were discussing Kwame Kilpatrick and it was then that I realized that Kwame kilpatrick has gotten away with murder, so to speak.

Kwame Kilpatrick is now in prison for lying under oath and obstruction of justice. He has managed to avoid being charged with the ACTUAL crimes that the text messenging scandal revealed.

Unlawful discharge, intimidation, racism, abuse of public office and what ever else is evident there. I'm no attorney so I don't know the specific lays but will he be allowed to skate on these? I don't think he should be allowed to. Can you imagine having the police department against you and your family? This is the beginning of the pressures that he brought onto people and I don't think that he should avoid prosecution for them.

Will Kwame ever be held accountable for his actual crimes?
